Additional Widget Option '-inactiveselectforeground'

Specifies the foreground colour to use for the selection (the sel tag) when the window does not have the input focus. If empty, {}, then the colour specified with widget option -selectforeground will be used.

Due to the fact that the documentation is not specifying the foreground color of inactive selections, the change from color white to black (the default for inactive selection foreground under Linux) is still compatible, and the Look & Feel has been improved.
